AIES Automation
The private internal operations and commerce automation application of AI E-Commerce Studio.
AIES Automation is not a public product or service. It has no sign-up and no customer login. The only Google account it connects to is the business account of its operator.
What it is
AI E-Commerce Studio is a small, independently run online business. AIES Automation is the set of automated workflows that the business runs for itself, on its own server, to keep its day-to-day records in order.
What it does
- Records inquiries and orders that the business receives in a Google Sheets spreadsheet owned by the business.
- Creates and manages private folders in the business's own Google Drive, where files that belong to an order are kept.
- Keeps the business's internal operating records, such as an expense ledger and status logs, in the same spreadsheet.
Why it asks for Google access
The workflows connect to Google Sheets and Google Drive through Google's standard sign-in (OAuth). That access is granted by the operator, for the operator's own business Google account, so that the workflows can read and update the business's own spreadsheet and folders. AIES Automation does not ask members of the public to sign in with Google and does not access anyone else's Google account.
