1. About the application
AIES Automation is the private internal automation application of AI E-Commerce Studio ("the business", "we"). It connects the business's own automated workflows to the business's own Google account. It is not a public service.
2. Who may use it
Only the operator of the business, and people the operator has expressly authorized, may connect a Google account to AIES Automation or use it. No account, license or right of use is offered to anyone else. If you have reached a Google sign-in screen for AIES Automation by mistake, do not grant access.
3. Google services
The application relies on Google Sheets and Google Drive. Use of those services is subject to Google's own terms. The way the application handles data from them is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. This website
This website exists to describe the application. You may read it freely. Its content is provided for information only and may change.
5. No warranty
The application and this website are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Because the application is not offered to the public, we accept no obligation to make it available to anyone and no liability for its use by people who are not authorized to use it, to the extent the law allows.
6. Customers of AI E-Commerce Studio
These terms do not govern purchases. Anything the business sells is covered by the terms shown where that product is sold.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
